“How would you like to be remembered?”

I’ve always hoped that I’ve impacted those I have met in a positive way. That I have been a great influence in one’s life and made a positive impact. Of course, you will come across the slight few where it may not be so. That’s life, we human and not all of us will get along or meet eye to eye but that’s okay! My question though, is how would you like to be remembered?

Some of you might like to be remembered for the work you did. Maybe the amount of properties you have owned. It might be by your looks or by your success. It could be by what you have made of your life. The list is absolutely endless. For me however, it has nothing to do with the above. I would like to be remembered for simply being me. I want to be remembered for my positive outlook on life(well I try at least). For my fighting spirit. For my kindness and thoughtfulness. For my determination and commitment to seeing things through. For my love of animals. I want to be remembered for being there, at that exact moment in your life and leaving some sort of impact. You see I personally don’t believe our worth is valued by what we have. It’s valued by what we do and how we treat others. Life is so precious and make sure you use it wisely. Be spontaneous. Laugh often, love hard, explore, dream and give. Give of yourself mentally and physically to those around you. 


If you have truly made an impact in someone’s life, you will be remembered and being remembered is a great, priceless gift. Start being the person you want to be remembered as and live your life accordingly. Remember we are only given one life to live. LIVE IT!
