It can be both mentally and physically challenging to try when all you may feel like doing is settling for where you are at, in any situation you may be in and any obstacle you may be facing. The thing is though you actually never fail at something until you stop trying. Think about that for a second and read every word, “YOU NEVER FAIL UNTIL YOU STOP TRYING.” How mentally challenging is that!?!?!
As hard as it may be I have been trying to do just that. TRY. I have been pushing myself to try do exercises even though I am in complete agony after. I’ve come to that point that sometimes you need to just challenge yourself. You need to push yourself and keep going forward. They say when you hit rock bottom, the only way is up and that’s the situation I am facing. I can either be in pain and do nothing, or be in pain and try! We need to indulge in this mind-set and apply this to our lives. Also, I have changed my mine, my mind-set that is. Of course you will still have days which aren’t so great, where you just want to have some time and just be. Allow yourself those days, but don’t make them everyday. I can either sit and be miserable, or despite the pain I can use this time to allow myself to discover more and challenge myself. To TRY new things and be kind to myself.
TRY TO FAIL BUT DON’T FAIL TO TRY! Apply that to everything and anything you may be wanting to do, or are still doing. It may be your personal well-being, a new venture you want to take on, a decision lurking in your mind, or even a life-changing decision. It could be a career move…the list can go on and on and on.
I write this to TRY and encourage you to change your mind-set when dealing with hard times in your life. Don’t allow your mind to take over and control you. Keep positive and keep trying at whatever it is that you need to. Eventually you will get to the top and realise that without trying you wouldn’t be where you meant to be. Keep going!
I’ll leave this here:
